Jade Asian Bistro in Staten Island

This is the worst Asian food I ever ate!!The wontons in the soup were mush and broth was very salty. The vegetable fried rice had no taste and the beef lo mein was very bland and it was expensive. Don't waste your time or money.

This place, deserves much justice then it has.. I must say the entrance and or facade isn't fabulous; but the food is! The waitress is very accommodating and pleasant. The place was not packed and I was surprised. Pros: delicious food! Different and variety of choices made it all interesting. The presentations of food was also keen and very nice! The fried cheesecake is absolutely scrumptious! My girl had the salmon dish and it was fulfilling and delicious! Nice big piece's of Salmon I might add. 3 people ate, had 2 rounds of beverages, 2 of those being wine and all for under 87$ with an added appetizer. Also free parking,in the back. Cons, had to place coats on a chair, due to small booths. Facade is not pretty. But the food is amazing, will return again, it will be my fourth time!

This place is fantastic! I just wish they delivered because their fried rice is absolutely amazing! However, their astmosphere is also great so making the trip is worth it

I love coming to this restaurant. The food that is prepared is always delicious, consistent, and goes beyond expectation. My favorite dish to order is the sesame/orange chicken. Their fried noodles are also very good. Portions are very generous, yet not greasy.Angela and her staff are exceptional. They are friendly, professional, and make you feel welcome. Because of this, they have won my business week after week.

The food was not terrible, but it wasn't great. The kani salad had too much crunch and portions were extremely small. The royal beef as I have read in prior reviews was overlooked; it's something i will never order again. Crab cakes were good. Hong Kong style ribs were overlooked, the meat was hard and there was hardly any meat on bones. Drinks were surprisingly good and the bartender whom I saw while leaving the restaurant, was very friendly with the customers. There are many great asian restaurants in Staten Island. This one is simply not the best I've had. Would I recommend my friends Jade Asian Bistro? Most likely I will not.

Very good! Beautiful place, lovely atmosphere and delicious food! The service was really great. We had a wonderful time there.

I have been hesitant to try this place due to its rather unappealing exterior. The garbage on the sidewalk the weeds the cracked up concrete and dirty windows kind of a turn off for a food establishment. I gave in and tried today. I ordered 6 items. The spicy wings were freezer burnt. The Asian ribs smelled like they sat in a greasy pan for 2 days. Totally disgusting and inedible. Kani salad was fishy and most likely old. Steamed chicken to me is horrible to begin with but this was extra nasty. The bokchoy was like rubber. The beef with broccoli wasn’t bad and the pork buns although microwaved they were good. To say the least the menu is in the recycle bin and I won’t be returning. This is one time you can judge a book by its cover. NASTY. One star because you can’t give 0

Delicious food everytime I go!

I quite liked this restaurant. They have a great groupon deal. The food was very yummy. I had the spicy lobster salad and rock shrimp tempura and orange chicken. Fried oreos are bomb!

Wow, what a great deal for a lot of food! Definitely try the 5 course fixed price deal! There are tons of choices for all of the courses and all of them are outstanding! I had the beef broth soup while the others I was with had the 5 courses. The 5 courses even come with a cocktail too. Very great service and not super crowded.

Very reasonable prices and the food is delicious. Classy decor with great service. The house salad and sesame chicken is a must have! We will definitely be back.

The selection,service and delicious food offers always has me waiting to go back. The fish dishes are superb.

I’m in town visiting my best friend. We found a Groupon and decided to try this spot for lunch. It wasn’t busy. Our waitress was nice, but quiet. Service was good. Food was good. We really liked the crispy beef.

We go there about once a month to meet other couples for a 4 course or 5 course meal. $19/$24 respectively including a cocktail! Lunch specials are even less! Pleasant decor. Great service with exceptional food. Never had a bad meal.

Great food...buy the groupon and enjoy..too much stuff for so little price...and drinks...amazing value...do it..just buy and be amazed...

I just walked out of this restaurant and me and my family couldn’t finish our meals. The sushi tasted like leather and the soup was tasteless and bland. Customer service was decent.

Fabulous food, atmosphere, and service. Prices are reasonable, and restaurant is spotless. Small parking lot, but street parking isn’t very difficult.

This is by far the best Chinese food I have ever had. I'm from Jersey and I will travel here to get their food. The owner, Angela, is the sweetest woman. I pray that this place does not go out of business due to the Mayor of NY not allowing restaurants to open. Get take out of go eat under their tents. You will not be disappointed!

I have been here a bunch of times using Groupons and the food is always great. The attached photos are of lunch specials. Not a huge serving but perfect for me and the kids and a great deal at $6 (or less with local promo deals.)Angela and her staff are always friendly and you are never made to feel uncomfortable about using Groupons.Great place for surprise lunch dates for the kids during school breaks.

Closed the bar as soon as i arrived and wouldn't let me back in at 11:30, wasted money for a wasted bar

Delicious food, great service, great atmosphere

The worst Chinese food I've had on Staten Island. The Royal Beef was over cooked and had to much pepper. The chicken meal had very little chicken and lots of batter. Although there were only three tables that had customers the wait staff rarely came to the table. Would never go there again

Had a black out during the meal and it didn't ruin the experience! That was fun! Wait staff were nice, restaurant is large, and clean. And the food and drinks were delicious. Only downside is it is a bit expensive. Definitely a place for a date or a fancy diner.

My mom and I have ordered food from here several times the past few months. We've really enjoyed the food and agreed this is now a favorite Asian restaurant. I like the Shrimp Wonton Soup, and their Coconut Shrimp is so far the best I've tasted - you really get the flavor of fresh toasted coconut. My mother always orders the Vegetable Fried Rice and she says it's the best she has ever tasted. However, the last time we ordered, my mother was disappointed with the rice dish; She found it bland and mushy. My food was fine. We will certainly give them another try, as the restaurant could have been having an off night or a different chef. I'd say it is reasonably priced considering the high quality of the food. We've only ordered delivery from them, and they do a very nice job with presentation and packaging the food.

Every dish we've had in this pan-Asian restaurant has been exquisite. More important to me, manager Angela goes out of her way to accommodate my dietary restrictions. I can trust that any meal here is safe for me as well as delicious.

Nice price fix menu. Includes a cocktail, soup or salad, appetizer, entree and dessert. Food and service was terrific. Nice atmosphere. Small parking lot in the rear.

The food is good. I tried shrimp stir fry with veg noodles. Hot and sour soup was the hit dish. Would def go again for the soup

This place has really changed and come around. The food is very very good, the chicken is 100% white meat. The decor is very authentic. This is a beautiful place with great food very quiet and definitely a must visit

We love this place. Its always clean and the waitstaff and manager are so friendly. No complaints! Plus the sake martini and kani salad are amazing. Plus they have their own parking lot which is a plus!
